ResellerCRM

White-label CRM reseller profit calculator

See how the numbers work when you resell a CRM: subscription revenue, HighLevel plan cost, card fees, usage margin and your own time. This is a plain arithmetic tool. It does not predict how many clients you will sign or keep.

Plan prices from gohighlevel.com/pricing and card fees from stripe.com/pricing, checked October 27, 2026. Excludes taxes, refunds, failed payments, usage you absorb and add-ons you do not resell. Nothing here is a promise of income; most new resellers take time to sign clients.

How the calculation works

  • Revenue = clients x (your monthly price + usage margin per client).
  • Card fees = clients x (price x 2.9% + $0.30), Stripe's standard rate for domestic cards. Untick it if you use another processor.
  • Plan cost = the HighLevel plan you choose. Annual plans are shown as a monthly equivalent ($4,970 / 12 = $414.17; $2,970 / 12 = $247.50).
  • Support time = clients x hours per client x your hourly value. Leave it at 0 to see cash profit only.
  • Break-even clients = fixed monthly costs / what each client contributes after card fees and support time, rounded up.

What it leaves out

Taxes, refunds, failed payments, the cost of finding clients, usage you choose to absorb, add-ons you pay for but do not resell, and churn. A client who cancels in month two contributes far less than twelve months of revenue. Read how to reduce churn and how to price a white-label CRM.
