The best white-label CRM for agencies, compared

Five platforms you can resell under your own brand, with prices taken from each vendor's own pricing page.

This page contains affiliate links to HighLevel. Disclosure.

If you want to sell a CRM under your own brand, five platforms come up again and again: HighLevel, Vendasta, SuiteDash, Simvoly and DashClicks. They are not interchangeable. Some are built for agencies to run every client's marketing; others are client portals, website builders or product marketplaces with a CRM attached.

Our featured recommendation for most agencies that want to sell their own branded CRM subscription is HighLevel with SaaS Mode (Agency Pro, $497/month), for the reasons below. It is not the cheapest option, and for some businesses another platform here is the better fit. We say which.

Every price on this page was checked on the vendor's own website on the date shown under Sources. We have not been paid by any vendor to appear on this page; we do earn a commission if you buy HighLevel through our links (see our disclosure).

How we compared them

We looked at what matters to a reseller, not a single end user:

  1. Pricing model: flat fee, per account, or minimum spend, and how it scales with clients
  2. White-label depth: login domain, branding, mobile app
  3. Automated selling: can a client sign up and pay without you creating the account by hand?
  4. Usage costs: texts, calls, email, and whether you can pass them on with a margin
  5. Fit: which kind of client business each platform actually serves well

1. HighLevel: best for selling your own branded CRM

Pricing: Starter $97/month (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited $297/month, Agency Pro $497/month. Annual: $970, $2,970 and $4,970. 14-day free trial on any plan; unlimited contacts and users on every plan (HighLevel pricing).

Why it leads for resellers: HighLevel bundles CRM, pipelines, websites and funnels, email and SMS, calling, a unified inbox, booking calendars, workflow automation, reputation management, payments, courses and communities into every sub-account. On Agency Pro, SaaS Mode lets you build your own plans, sell them from your site, and have the client's account created automatically with your snapshot loaded (SaaS Configurator). You can rebill texts, calls and email usage with your own markup (pricing guide).

Trade-offs: SaaS Mode needs the $497 plan. Usage is billed on top. The branded mobile app is an extra $497/month. The breadth of features means a real learning curve, and you are responsible for setup and support.

Choose it if you want to own a branded software product for a niche and are willing to configure it well.

2. Vendasta: best for a resellable product catalog

Pricing: Vendasta calls its model "no subscriptions": you choose a monthly minimum of $99 (Starter), $499 (Professional) or $999 (Premium) and spend on qualifying Vendasta products counts toward it. Starter has no contract; Professional and Premium have a 1-year contract. Included team seats are 1, 5 and 10, with extra seats at $30, $35 and $65 per month (Vendasta pricing).

Strengths: a large marketplace of products you can resell at wholesale, Vendasta's own branded products (reputation, listings, social and more), unlimited client accounts and users, and optional setup services.

Trade-offs: white-labeling (your logo, renamed Business App, custom domains) starts on the $499 Professional plan with a 1-year contract; Starter is co-branded. Third-party marketplace purchases do not count toward your minimum.

Choose it if you want to resell ready-made products, especially reputation, listings and local SEO, rather than configure your own CRM. Read our HighLevel vs Vendasta comparison for detail.

3. SuiteDash: best for branded client portals

Pricing: Start $19/month ($180/year), Thrive $49/month ($480/year), Pinnacle $99/month ($960/year). Unlimited contacts, staff and portals on every plan; the plan list includes "Extreme White Labeling" and a custom branded mobile app from Start up. 14-day free trial without a credit card (SuiteDash pricing).

Reselling: SuiteDash's reseller program is by application. Approved resellers manage child accounts from a reseller dashboard, pay a wholesale monthly price per child account and set their own retail price. Resellers must keep a retail-priced Pinnacle license (SuiteDash reseller program).

Strengths: very low entry price; strong client portal, file exchange, proposals, contracts and e-signature, projects, invoicing and support tickets.

Trade-offs: it is closer to business operations and client management than to marketing automation for local businesses. There is no built-in phone system in the plan list on the pricing page we checked.

Choose it if your clients are accountants, consultants, law offices or agencies that mainly need a secure branded portal.

4. Simvoly: best for white-label websites and funnels

Pricing: WL Basic $59/month billed annually or $69 monthly; WL Advanced $129 annually or $149 monthly; WL Ultimate $429 annually or $497 monthly. Each additional client project adds a monthly fee that depends on the project tier, starting from $8, $7 or $5 per month on the three white-label plans (Simvoly pricing).

Strengths: a drag-and-drop website and funnel builder, e-commerce, communities and email marketing under your brand, with a CRM included; Simvoly describes its white-label offer as letting you build your own plans and connect your payment processor (Simvoly white-label CRM).

Trade-offs: per-project fees grow with every client; the CRM is part of a website-first platform. Refunds are offered only on annual plans within 14 days.

Choose it if your clients mainly want a website or online store with basic CRM and email.

5. DashClicks: best for software plus fulfillment

Pricing: DashClicks Pro is $199/month, or $1,788/year, with unlimited sub-accounts and users. Its fulfillment center (white-label ads, SEO, content, listings and more) is free to access, and you pay per service ordered (DashClicks pricing).

Strengths: one price for the full software suite; the option to resell done-for-you services under your brand.

Trade-offs: if you only want to sell software, the fulfillment side is not what you are paying for; check that the CRM and automation depth match your niche during a trial.

Choose it if you want to resell marketing services and software together without hiring a fulfillment team.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best white-label CRM for agencies?

For agencies that want to sell their own branded CRM subscription with automated signups, we recommend HighLevel's Agency Pro plan with SaaS Mode ($497/month). Vendasta, SuiteDash, Simvoly and DashClicks are better fits for product-catalog reselling, client portals, websites and bundled fulfillment respectively.

What is the cheapest white-label CRM?

Of the platforms checked here, SuiteDash has the lowest listed entry price at $19/month, with white-labeling listed on its Start plan. Its reseller program, though, requires keeping a $99/month Pinnacle license plus wholesale fees per client account.

Which white-label CRM has no contract?

HighLevel is month to month. Vendasta's Starter plan has no contract, but its white-label Professional and Premium plans have a 1-year contract. DashClicks says you can cancel anytime.

Do I need SaaS Mode to resell HighLevel?

Not to manage clients and bill them yourself; the $297 Unlimited plan allows unlimited sub-accounts. SaaS Mode on Agency Pro is what adds self-serve plans, automated account creation and rebilling with markup.
